Champions

Our Staff Champions

Across our school, we have a number of staff champions who lead and promote key areas of development, wellbeing and inclusion. These champions help ensure that important priorities remain visible, embedded and continually developing throughout school life.

Staff champions share expertise, support colleagues and help implement best practice so that our pupils receive the highest quality support. They work collaboratively with the wider staff team to develop strategies, raise awareness and lead initiatives that benefit the whole school community.

Our champions play an important role in strengthening areas such as inclusion, wellbeing, neurodiversity, social and emotional development and equality. By having dedicated staff advocates, we ensure that these areas remain a consistent focus across teaching, pastoral care and the wider school environment.

Through the work of our staff champions, we aim to create a school culture where every pupil feels supported, understood and able to succeed.
