We are passionate about inclusion and strive to make classrooms, the wider school and our community learning experiences, places where diversity is celebrated and all learners can enjoy success. We strongly believe in the power of community and work closely with our locality partners to enhance children's experience, whilst also ensuring that Shefford Lower School impacts positively within the wider community.

As will be clear, we believe in developing the whole child to become citizens of tomorrow who will lead fulfilled lives and contribute meaningfully to society with a sense of social justice, with consideration for those less fortunate and with a desire to care for the environment. We also foster self-belief, ambition and curiosity for the world around us.
